In my latest work I have focused on adding more to the background layers, building up interest with images of Hollywood stars from the 50's and 60's, old musical score sheets and dress making patterns, vintage french land registry certificates as well as the usual graffiti references taken from my local city Bristol and Brick Lane in London. I am an avid collector of all sorts of wild and wonderful ephemera that tell a story.

Whilst the flowers are the main focus in this particular piece I wanted the background to still be filled with lots of depth and interest. I love old peeling wallpapered rooms and heavily graffitied walls that reveal decades of history hidden amongst each layer. I've tried to achieve a similar feeling in this piece and it’s not something I'd usually do but I couldn't resist perching the Hollywood starlet amongst the amaryllis flowers!

The original piece of artwork has been professionally scanned to ensure a gallery quality
image. Each giclée print is reproduced on the highest quality archival paper (textured Fine Art Cotton 300gsm) and printed with UV resistant pigment inks.

Sent unframed and trimmed with a border this is a limited edition of 75 prints. All prints come with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity and are signed and embossed by the artist.

All prints are packaged using acid free, eco friendly tissue, with stickers printed on paper using soy-based inks and come safely packed in a recyclable cardboard tube.
